LASAGNA IS BACK, WITH A RESERVATION SITUATION

East Glisan Loyals, we want lasagna to be a surer thing for you.

We love how much you love our lasagna. It is truly a labor of love, with 15 layers of handmade noodles. (We tried to outsource them – the result was…unsatisfying, but we did invest in a pasta sheeter upgrade which was…VERY SATISFYING)

The limited nature of our first come first served Sunday lasagna tradition has had some challenges, including heavy loading our Sundays right at 5:00, and discouraging some of you from trying to get it at all.

To better serve you and our service flow, we’ve begun a dine-in “lasagna reservation” situation for those of you who know us best.

It’s a little clunky, but it’s better than nothing and for now it’s working.

Here’s the deal:

• Dine-In only

•  Maximum 2 servings reserved per table. (No order limit once you’re here if it’s available)

• Arrive by 8pm to ensure your "reservation" (which is for the lasagna, not a time/table.)

TO RESERVE:

• Email pizza@eastglisan.com with:

• Your name

• # in your party

• Time you plan to arrive (not a table reservation, but helpful for our general planning!)

• # of lasagnas (maximum 2 reserved)

• You can order more as available.

• You might have to share lasagna & supplement with pizza.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

• Quantities are limited.

  • We do keep lasagna on hand for those not in the know.

• This is low tech.

  • Our responses & confirmations are not automated.

  • You will not receive an instant confirmation.

• We know you’ll be considerate!

  • You wouldn’t reserve “just in case” then not show up after we’d denied other people your reserved pieces, losing sales in the process.
