Most of you probably know that, back in March, amidst some intense personal and professional turmoil, we made a practically split second decision to close East Glisan Pizza and reconsider key elements of the business (more about that here).

Our priority is still creating a place all folks feel welcome as they are, comfortable in their own skin, and likely to authentically connect with each other and us!

That's why OLD FASHIONED FULL TABLE SERVICE continues here. It's also why we intentionally create something delicious for everyone:

VEGAN CUTIES! Vegan Detroit Pizza now, with NUMU vegan cheese!

GLUTEN FREE FRIENDS! Our GF* crust is now a fluffy Detroit Style, made with Caputo gluten Free flour. (*cross contamination possible, though we are mindful)

MID-WESTERNERS! Our new CHICAGO TAVERN STYLE genre - paper thin, crunchy, cornmeal crusted, and cut into squares - is getting a thumb's up from native mid-westerners! (Classic Sour Dough & Detroit Style Still Here!)

PINEAPPLE PEOPLE Roasted pineapple is in the building!
